Fitness Classes this week:
CLS (Core Length Strength) -- Combine full body strengthening (Barre/Pilates/Bodyweight based) and toning with cardio and deep stretches to increase your joint flexibility and lengthen and elongate your muscles.
Final Sched for week of 10/12 (All classes are held on zoom and in person)
Wed 10/14 - 7:30 - 8:15 am CLS Flex
Thursday 10/15: 7:15 - 8 am CLS PLUS+
Friday 10/16: 9 - 9:45 am Lengthen and Strengthen Yoga

Individual classes are $ 10/class or you can purchase a package of 7 classes for $60. If you buy a package I'll keep track and let you know when it comes up for renewal.
