Outdoor/Zoom Fitness Classes this week:
CLS (Core Length Strength) -- Combine full body strengthening (Barre/Pilates/Bodyweight based) and toning with cardio and deep stretches to increase your joint flexibility and lengthen and elongate your muscles.

Individual classes are $ 10/class or you can purchase a package of 7 classes for $60. If you buy a package I'll keep track and let you know when it comes up for renewal.
