Laurie Findeisen is a mom of 4 school aged children and a certified health coach with a focus on family and adult nutrition. It was in helping her husband make dramatic changes in his lifestyle after a heart attack and stroke that she decided to turn her long-time passion for food, wellness and nutrition into a career change. Laurie is also in the midst of Yoga Alliance certification as a Yoga and Meditation instructor. As a a foodie, yoga and fitness practitioner for over 20 years, she helps clients with lifestyle changes including whole food eating while still enjoying the foods they love, eating out and meal/snack planning for busy people on the go. Her approach includes the importance of fitness, stress reduction, and enjoying the journey.
