Black Bean Chocolate Pudding

I make this at my nutrition seminars and its always a hit. Serve with strawberries or raspberries if you have them! 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed. 1/3 cup good quality maple syrup 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 tsp vanilla Cinnamon to taste Blend all ingredients until smooth. If texture is not thin enough add almond milk or regular milk.
